"I am interested in nature, space and intimacy, examining the ability of a surface to take part in the relationship between one and oneself. By the use of old, textile waste and patterns originated in ancient symmetries and geometries I build physical surfaces. The visual guides, which are found in textiles and patterns, point to an ongoing attempt of humans to create a logical and complete understanding of the world. Images of “reality” act as a platform for the search of the invisible, the new, utopian, and aspire to inspire hope."
