Q     Where is the gallery located?

A     The gallery is located at 6 Ha'pelech Street, Tel Aviv, Israel 6816708, a minute walk from our main gallery located at 5 Ha'zerem Street and opens by appointment only.

Q     How can I pay?

A     Payment may be made by a bank transfer, most credit cards (via phone) and PayPal.

Q     Do you ship worldwide? What does the free international shipping include?

A     Yes, we do. Crating, shipping and insurance costs are covered by the gallery. Taxes and other related costs are payable by the client.

Q     How long would it take for my artwork to arrive once crated?

A     It normally takes no more than 6 business days to arrive.

Q     Do I have to pay import taxes on my end?

A     You may have to pay taxes according to customs rules in the country of destination.

Q     Do you have a return policy?

A     If you are not satisfied with the artwork you have purchased, you may return it at your own cost within 10 days by the same shipping method it was sent to you. Upon our receipt of the artwork, refund will be made to you by the same payment method which was initially used by you.

Q     Are the artworks framed?

A     We normally use wooden frames. Changes will affect the price. A price quote for the requested frame will be sent for your confirmation.

Q     Can I get one-on-one help finding original artwork?

A     Yes you may contact us by email or phone.
